If you order multiples of an item like mugs, teacups, or ornaments, each can vary in shape, size and color. These handmade pieces are one of a kind.

SAFETY

All of the tableware pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, but hand washing is recommended. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

I welcome custom orders for ceramics in line with my work. When leaves are in season, custom orders typically take 8 weeks to complete and will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. The remaining balance plus shipping costs will be due upon completion of the order. 

RETURNS

There are no refunds or exchanges on ceramics, unless it arrived damaged or there was a flaw that was immediately discovered. Refunds or exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis. All packaging and damaged products need to be kept for the claim process. You will need photos of the damaged product. I will do my best to help with the process. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
